Will my pet need to quarantine?

With the uncertainty that COVID-19 has bought about in the recent times, this question isn’t uncommon and quarantine regulations can seem quite confusing. To begin with, in the current scenario for pets arriving in the U.A.E., there are no quarantine restrictions as long as their vaccinations, documents and other Ministry requirements are in place. This means that your health certificate, import permit, vaccination card and other documents are prepped for your pet’s travels.

It is important to note that there is a possibility that your pet may be quarantined, re-exported i.e. sent back or in rare cases even confiscated should any of the above documents not be in place.
