What if my pet isn’t comfortable in his/her kennel?
We advise all pet owners, especially the first-timers to ensure that their pet is acclimatized to their travel kennel which is why we encourage it being introduced to them days before the trip. In fact, it would also be recommended to build positive associations with the kennel prior to their trip, for example, leaving a treat in the kennel or placing their bedding in to ensure that they get familiar and comfortable with it much before.
