Will I be updated about my pet’s clearance status?
Absolutely, please let us know if you would like updates and our team will be sure to keep you posted. Do bear in mind that we will not be able to meet your pet until the final customs clearance is done so we won’t be able to send you their photos as soon as they have arrived. They will be looked after and given water by the airport facilities until they are released. All the relocation-related paperwork and documents will be handed to you upon delivery.
