If you’re providing your own travel crate, only after we have measured your pet and conducted a thorough inspection of the size and design to ensure it is in accordance with airline regulations, IATA standards and within our own fairly strict evaluation to assess if it is or can be tailored for your pet, and will provide the safety and comfort that it is meant to in the duration of travels.
