I prefer not to book a taxi for my pet’s MOCCAE visit. Can I take them directly?
Of course. If you’re uncomfortable with the idea of a pet taxi or prefer to take your pet directly, you can get to the closest MOCCAE branch directly and our animal handler will meet you there to assist you with the process. Once your pet’s microchip has been scanned, which can essentially take anywhere between 20 – 60 mins, you may leave, and our team will continue with the paperwork and documentation for you.
