In case you have access to internet, you will be able to map out the entire journey of your pet using the airline’s online ‘Track & Trace’ facility by simply entering the Airway Bill Number in the service of the selected airline. Please bear in mind that despite a flight booking, there are occasions that the flight booking does not appear in the airline’s system until the departure date. While this facility is updated frequently, it’s not updated immediately so we advise all pet owners to remain calm and patient until the update appears.
