In terms of the process of relocation, we understand that each pet is unique, with varying needs. During initial consultations with you, our primary goal is to assess both the health and emotional requirements of your pet and determine the safest time of year for travel based on its breed.
Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we craft a tailored, foolproof travel plan. This is followed by the initiation of all required paperwork.
We handle every aspect of the process, including obtaining Ministry Health certificates, Fit to Fly certificates, vaccinations (and additional blood tests or treatments if necessary), crate sizing and familiarization techniques for your pet, quarantine arrangements (if required in the destination country), and overseeing import clearance at the destination if needed. It truly warms our heart when we hear stories from our clients expressing their gratitude for helping their pet relocate safely with them to a new home.
