We are especially proud of the support our 24/7 Trust & Safety team provides in the rare instance that something doesn’t go as planned.
We don't just build and support the Sandy Paws platform — we're part of it too. Many employees are actively involved in the Sandy Paws community as pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet parents. Some highlights we consider for the safety of your pet

All sitters and walkers must pass a background check and a safety quiz, and all profiles are reviewed to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
No one knows your pet better than you do. You can help us find the exact right care for your pet’s unique needs.
Payments are cashless and encrypted to keep information secure. Credit card information is never shared between pet owners and pet care providers.
Pet parents and sitters can set up a free in-person Meet & Greet to discuss expectations and make sure everyone gets along before booking.

All stays and walks booked on sandypaws.ae are backed by the Sandy Paws Guarantee, a program designed to assist pet owners in the rare instance where a booking doesn’t go as planned.

Reservation Protection

It doesn’t happen often, but if a sitter or walker needs to cancel at the last minute, we’ll help you find someone new and, if needed, help cover the cost difference.
